The hostel was good. Had a single private room. The below is a review for the check-in process which was bad. Not entirely their fault but things could've been better. When I checked-in, the entire city was on a blackout so the checkin was in a mess. I had to wait for office for about an hour to run through paperwork to checkin many people before me. Finally the checked me in but with keys (since they couldn't program them). I can enter the room but no lights and no AC. I had to come down at night to get a key when electricity came back.

Primeiro quarto não gostamos porque, estava com cheiro muito ruim. Mas o menino da recepção logo em seguida nos ofereceu outro quarto e deu tudo certo. Um ponto de atenção é a reposição dos itens como toalhe e papel higiênico . Pedimos para trocar as toalhas e na volta quando entramos só tinha uma e mais uma vez desci Lara pegar outra e a reposição do papel. Tirando isso tudo ok. Pessoal da recepção nota 10.

Decepcionado com a rede Ibis permitir isso la.

Para a rede Ibis, achei a equipe destreinada, com relação ao problema que teve no elevador fizeram grosseria. Além disso, o atendente inicial, que estava na recepção fez questão de mostrar o lado dele para meu pai, que é um idoso. Eu estava me colocando em um outro quarto, teve o maior problema por conta que ele me queria mostrar o ponto de vista dele e na verdade, a gente tem que saber nada. Do ponto de vista de ninguém, é só pegar nosso quarto. Só ver as regras subir e cabuco A. H teve uma menina da recepção que avisei que o orador estava quebrado. Ela só fotou você não sabe. Mexer no elevador não é? Tem botar. O cartão com a tremenda grosseria. No banheiro, não tem um chuveirinho para fazer o a limpeza correto, depois de utilizar o vaso.

O Básico, apenas!

A estadia começou atrasada... O motivo? Solicitei um quarto com ducha higiênica no banheiro. Algo básico! No entanto, o hotel está retirando as duchas e não possuíam registro de quais quartos ainda possuíam o item básico de higiene. Fiquei esperando que um quarto fosse disponibilizado. O atendente, muito educado e constrangido, tentou resolver a situação. Eu me senti também muito constrangida e exposta na recepção por solicitar o básico. Esperei e somente fui direcionada a um quarto após às 14h. Desconfortável a situação. E novamente, solicitei o básico! Fico imaginando se é algum tipo de economia do hotel, já que estão retirando o item de todos os quartos. Absurdo! E absurda a minha situação. Não avalio nada bem o ocorrido e o hotel perde retirando algo básico e necessário como o item de higiene em questão. Absurdo!

Hotel Chinelão e Truqueiro - não vale o preço

Hotel homofóbico: mandou tirar todas as duchas higiênicas antes do show da Gaga. Hospedei-me anteriormente no Ibis Budjet, e me foi explicado, pelos próprios atendentes do Ibis Centro, que um dos diferenciais do hotel era terem duchas. Conversando com funcionários descobri que a remoção não foi por razões hidráulicas, e sim devido ao publico não-hetero que aparentemente não é bem vindo no hotel. O banheiro tinha luz em curto com mal contato, com um sabonete líquido que não funcionava. Ao retornar ao quarto, feita a limpeza, o banheiro estava parcialmente inundado, ou seja, foi feita com pressa e mal feita. Pedi um prato hiperinflacionado na janta, e chegou seco e com arroz de outro dia requentado no microondas. A comida estava totalmente sem sal, o que não chega a ser um problema, pois há pessoas com hipertensão, mas sequer me trouxeram sal. Comprei 2 cafés da manhã, porém, ao levar um acompanhante, me fizeram pagar novamente, porque o acompanhante não estava hospedado comigo no quarto.

Quarto horrível: paredes sujas, chuveiro ruim, porta do banheiro inchada de umidade e cheirando a mofo, descarga estragada. Não recomendo o hotel. Também tive problema com o Hoteis.com: fiz a reserva com café da manhã, mas o Ibis não recebeu essa informação. Fiquei sem o café pois o site exigiu um print pra comprovar o pagamento. A partir de agora, sempre farei a prova, a fim de não ser logrado novamente.
