An outdated accommodation near the beach.

Copacabana beach is just 300 away and around are many shops. The hotel itself is very outdated. Rooms looks like a 80s swimming pool (including the glare lights). Breakfast uninspired. Friendly staff at reception.

Room 1303 no lift to access the room No window, outdated room, very noisy bad insulation, Reception (Juan) and House keeping were very nice and helpful.

The only complaint I have about this hotel is they served the same breakfast every day!! I also had a disagreement with the front desk about visitors. It wasn’t explained thoroughly to me other than that the hotel serve purpose for me.

Terrible hotel labeled as 3 star

Stayed 4 nights to watch Carnival. Location is good (only good thing for the stay). Hotel conditions are terrible. Labeled as 3 star hotel, but don't think it is better than any 1 or 2 star motels (in terms of US or Europe standard). Bath towels are dirt, suppose to be white but what we see is dirt yellow colors, looks like 20 years old towels even ripped off. Some staff are helpful, some not. I will not come back again.

Excellent location 2 blocks feom copacabana. Now my favorite beach anywhere. RDJ isn't a perfect city but as long as you dont stray into where you shouldnt.go and do it is reasonably safe. The beaches were amazing and Hotel Canada was a great deal for the price. Not 5 star but it didnt lack any basic needs and cleanliness was aceptable. It was a great deal for the price. Shopping, dining beach all walking distance

Caro para o que entrega

O prédio tem instalações antigas, só fornecem uma chave por acomodação, a área de café da manhã não comporta o fluxo de hóspedes quando o hotel está com capacidade máxima, equipe de atendimento no café da manhã muito pequena, demora bastante a reposição de comida, pratos, talheres e copos, aumentar a equipe nesses momentos mais cheios já ajudaria muito o fluxo. Na troca de toalha veio toalha desfiada e aspecto de muito velha.
