Room amenities adequate, including a safe, a fridge, proper lighting, enough plug in outlets. Bathroom was clean but space is tight. Breakfast is adequate but it is the same everyday. Staff doesn't really clean the placemats on the table, they just remove the dirty dishes and left the table untouched, so the placemat could be quite sticky.

Hotel is really great for the location, a short walk to Copacabana beach. The rooms themselves were average, got the job done and were clean (bathroom didn’t feel as clean). For some reason our hotel cards would work some days and then stop working which was annoying. Apart from that, perks of the location and free breakfast made it worth it.

Everything was pretty good. Not a big fan of the breakfast options but that might just be me. Didn’t get any WiFi service on the 18th floor but other than that I enjoyed my stay. It was walking distance from the Copacabana beach and it also had some nice restaurants nearby.

I got a nice view room on 17th floor. From the window of my room, I can see the statue od Christ. My room is clean. The hotel is near the copacabana beach, so I can walk there. There are mall, fruit markets, restaurants near the hotel. The area is safe. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is good.

Hospedagem foi boa no geral. Faço destaque e agradecimento especial a Felipe Lima e Graciete da Rouparia e Governança pela gentileza, prestatividade e sensibilidade em atender uma demanda nossa. O quarto, toalhas e lençóis estavam de acordo com o que solicitamos na chegada, em função de questão de saúde. O café da manhã atende no geral, mas poderia ter opções para quem tem restrições alimentares e não há variedade de cardápio caso a hospedagem seja superior a 3 dias. No quesito segurança, ainda que o hotel disponha de câmeras é importante sempre manter alguém na recepção, pois identificamos em momentos do dia que não havia ninguém. Já havia me hospedado a trabalho, e vejo que é uma boa opção de hospedagem a passeio também.

Buen Hotel, pero.........

Hotel está ubicado a 2 cuadras de Copacabana, en un barrio comercial tranquilo y muy cercano a supermercados y lugares para comer, no es peligroso recorrer sus calles incluso a pie y de noche, el personal muy simpático y atento a lo que se le preguntaba, lamentablemente nosotros que nos hospedamos en la habitacion 1102 las camas estaban muy blandas e incluso una cama tenia un hoyo, como saliamos temprano y llegábamos tarde no tuvimos tiempo de solicitar cambio de habitación, las paredes estaban un poco sucias y había otra cosa es que las sabanas eran muy justas y al final uno terminaba durmiendo sobre el colchón lo cual no es muy higiénico, si debo admitir que el desayuno era muy completo y el personal del restorante muy atento también. Si no hubieramos tenido problemas con el tema de las camas el hotel sería 100% recomendable.
