My first room had now AC, i tried sleeping couldn't, but went down to lobby and they were able to place me in a new room that had good AC. The rooms are okay, get what you payed for, I would spend double the money to be near beach now that I know.

The room was not fully clean, the air conditioning did work but here no instructions on how to use it and the first night I slept without AC . Additionally the evening staff was unbelievably rude and the street very noisy. I wouldn’t recommend.

Eu e uma amiga fizemos a reserva para 2 dias, no primeiro momento o quarto que nos deram era bem desproporcional, banheiro apertado, e camas bem antigas. Solicitamos a troca de quarto, os recepcionista muito educados não questionaram e efetuaram a troca. Fiquei com medo de percevejos, pois algumas avaliações anteriores comentavam sobre isso, porém não haviam, nem mosquitos, pernilongo. Apesar da estrutura do prédio não ser nova, a limpeza estava ok. Todas as camareiras e pessoal que atende no café da manhã muito educados e prestativos. Sobre o café da manhã, ele não é completo mas atende a quem quer apenas um cafezinho, leite, pão, manteiga, queijo e presunto. De modo geral os dias foram tranquilas, tanto que decidimos renovar e ficar mais um dia. O prédio necessita de reformas para melhorias, porém a localização dele é perfeita, fácil acesso para todos os lugares do Rio, o VLT passa na porta, estação de metrô a alguns metros podendo ter acesso a bancos, lanchonete, restaurante tudo próximo sem ter que sair de app ou pegar condições. Resumindo: Se quer um hotel 5 estrelas, pague mais caro e vá, agora caso queira ficar em boa localização, preço em conta, só pra deixar as malas e ter onde ir dormir o lugar atende as suas necessidades.

Hotel muito Velho sem manutenção,o café da manhã é terrível nos 5 dias que estive hospedado , no café da manhã não havia nem ovos, no ótimo café da manhã foi só pão com manteiga e queijo e presunto, no terceiro dia queimou a lâmpada do quarto , a manutenção só veio no último dias 1 horas antes do chekout , havia uma posa de água no quarto que não descobrimos de onde vinha a água, o recepcionista até foram educados, mas pouco resolveram. Pois dependia de outros departamentos, não indico.

Ambiente extremamente insalubre, local com aparência de sujo, café da manhã extremamente péssimo. O ar condicionado, misericórdia, parece que um helicóptero está dentro do quarto. Para finalizar, NÃO DESEJO ESSE HOTEL NEM PARA MEU PIOR INIMIGO. Quem estiver lendo essa mensagem, ATENÇÃO: não vá, você vai se arrepender muito!!
