"On arrival our 2 rooms were not ready and we had to wait a while to go to the bedroom. When we did eventually got the room, we had to call the staff to clean it, which they were quite happy to do so, which Luca was very helpful all the time there after. Although my son had to wait a lot longer for their room. There is a variety of things to eat, however, as one member of our

has allergies, there was a small variety of food to eat (Gluten etc) The staff are extremely friendly and helpful...

"The location was great if you want to be right on Copacabana beach. The beach view from the room was beautiful too. The staff at the pool were great and the food we ordered for lunch while on the roof was also great. The actual room was not as clean or as modern as I was expecting. But it was still a fine overall experience. We enjoyed getting a drink on the rooftop each night before going to dinner."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff people were helpful and accessible. We didn't speak any Brazilian but they were always ready to help. 1/2 block from the most lovely beach (Tijuca beach). Not as wild and crowded as Cococobana or Ipenema. Uber rides were very affordable and convient. The rooftop pool was nice and clean with beautiful views. Love this place. Will come again."
