The staff in Rio is very friendly, helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is less than 5 mins away from the beach. Easy transportation, a variety of shops, restaurants. I highly recommend it.

The price was fair and the room was clean with an amazing view. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. The breakfast buffet is good and their coffee is delicious. Special thanks to the staff, they really are nice people. The staff at the front desk, the buffet and the cleaning crews are all very helpful and friendly. Stop searching for other hotel, this one is perfect.

The property was very good value for money. For me personally it was the staff every single one of them were do freindly helpful and understanding. I did take their names and wanted to personally mention them but unfortunately i misplaced the paper with their names on it.i would like to say thank you. I stayed between Monday 21st to Thursday 24th.

I stayed for 3 nights. The Hotel has a great location, the staff was super friendly and pretty good Breakfast buffet for the price. The building has its years. It has been remodeled but in certain things you notice that it is old. The bathroom is a bit small and the floor is slippery. Keep in mind that if you book a double bed room, it will be two individual beds together. Overall good Hotel, excellent location. Many restaurants around the corner, pharmacies, etc.

The rooms furniture could be improved. And the Tours that are offered in the hotel are way expensive than contsct with a tour agancy directly. It doesn't accept cash to pay for a bottle of water of something like that. Doesn't have lunch and dinner services. It's close to copacabana beach and the area seems to be secure most of the time. The check-in and check-out were so fast and without many complocations.

Wifi never worked. Things were falling apart like the AC. Place did not feel clean. Saw a cockroach. However, staff was nice and helpful.

A room with a view of the trash containers and other windows. Not up to standard. Requested a room with 2 beds for mother and adolescent son and they provided a room with one bed. They said there is no availability, while the site offers still rooms with 2 beds.

The host was amazing, gave us all the information and booked our boat tour for us with the company then collecting us from the hotel, gave us all the information we needed with restaurant information and activities. The room was very clean and quiet

Nuestra habitación no se parecía en nada a las fotos que muestra la página de hoteles.com, la vinos muy descuidada, en el baño no había donde poner nada, los paños estaban percudidos, se escuchan portazos y bulla toda la noche, pésima señal de internet, las tarjetas del cuarto se nos des configuraron todos los días, la verdad, es la primera vez que me pasa, alquilar un hotel en esta página y no tener una buena experiencia.
