Beautiful apartment, fully renovated, with new furniture and appliances, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms in front of the subway station in the most noble area of Copacabana. New and luxury building, with 24x7 doorman and two parking spaces, plus playground and a ballroom. One block from Santa Clara Street and adjacent to Figueiredo Magalhães street. Several restaurants of all kinds, Italian, Polish, pizzerias, etc. ..., design shops, boutiques, two shopping malls, two leisure squares, two churches, several supermarkets and Copacabana Beach at a distance of up to 3 blocks. Located in the largest commercial and gastronomic center of Copacabana.

Sugiro melhor manutenção

O apartamento tem excelente localização e ótimo espaço. Contudo, carece de melhor manutenção e limpeza antes da chegada do hóspede, pois o sofá da sala estava sujo e com pelos de animais, a pia do banheiro descolou da pedra, falta de detetizaçao (que foi parcialmente resolvido durante a estadia), além da necessidade de troca ou limpeza vigorosa dos armários da cozinha (ovos de insetos, teias de aranha). Dispõe de poucos utensílios na cozinha, mas todos os eletrodomésticos funcionam bem.

It was a good property to rent. The landlady was very nice and went out of her way to help with any issues we had. The only issues we had with the apartment was the dirty and old sofa which the landlady said she would be replacing in the near future. I would definitely go back again.

O trato com administração é ótimo. Fica a observação quanto à limpeza, que está superficial, muito mofo e poeira em baixo da poltrona e sofá da sala. Sofá muito mal cheiroso, precisa lavar é melhor seria colocar material couríssimo, porque o tecido está sujo, manchado, mofado é fedido, causando alergia. Tem baratinhas na cozinha e armário de serviço. Deixei um galão (refil) de 20 litros que pode ser usado por outros. O banheiro suíte 2 precisa reforma. Mas já ficamos lá outra vez e minha esposa teve contato com a proprietária, e disse que é uma pessoa de excelente trato.

Maravilhoso!

Este apto foi um dos melhores que já ficamos em Copacabana. Ele é compacto, confortável, prático, tem internete, ar condicionado, Tvs, uma gracinha a decoração dele! Perto de tudo: Delegacia para turistas 24 hrs, posto de saúde 24hs, metro na porta, mercado Pão de Açucar 24hs, cabeleireiros ao lado e inúmeros restaurantes. Sem falar que fica a poucos metros da praia. Muito bem localizado.E os funcionários do Condomínio, uma simpatia! Não perco mais tempo em ficar procurando pela internete, primeiro busco a disponibilidade deste apto e depois vou ver outros. Parabéns aos proprietários, são de muito bom gosto, muito atenciosos e prestativos. Chegando ao Rio nosso carro quebrou, sem saber o que fazer ligamos para o proprietário avisando que íamos atrasar na chegada. Eles encaminharam um assistente para nos socorrer no local e nos orientar quanto ao socorro de mecânico. Foi de muita valia a ajuda. Só temos que a agradecer pela recepção a esta cidade maravilhosa!

Realmente tudo muito novo como na foto, super limpo, proprietários atenciosos, cozinha completa e funcionando tudo perfeitamente bem. Atenção apenas para os banheiros, apenas um dispõe de chuveiro quem empossava água dentro do box, pouca saída de água e fria.
