It’s important to know that the cheapest room They have avail requires you share a bathroom and I wasn’t going for that so I upgraded for $28. The room is okay but the rooftop is Worth the stay, loved the free breakfast’

I stayed with m 2 kids in a family room. The hotel was good value for money, right in the beach front and had everything we needed. Rooms are not huge but for a couple of nights it's was sufficient. So just to note there is no air conditioning and no fridge in the room.

The room was simple and colorful. Boho vibes. Really clean and comfortable. Lots of pillows. Staff was great and accommodating. The location is 1min from Copacabana beach which is awesome. Copacabana tends to be loud due to the live music, and I could hear a bit, but the hallway and corridors were quiet. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

El personal de limpieza es cochino y grosero, una señora nos reclamo por que dijimos en recepción que no habían limpiado la habitación y que no teníamos jabón en el baño. Cuando escojas tu habitación revisa muy bien que tenga baño privado. la mayoría de las habitaciones son con baño compartido. Nosotros pagamos un cuota muy baja por una habitación con baño privado. Conviene mucho revisarlo.

The pictures that Expedia uses for this property are not realistic. The rooms are small with limited amenities, paint chipping, and overall smelly and dirty. Outside of this hotel smells like straight sewer. The elevator situation is really bad too. It has a weight limit and my partner and I couldn’t even get on together with our luggage, though it says it can hold over 600 pounds. Also, there are only two elevators for the whole hotel.The only nice part was the breakfast in the morning on the top floor. I will never stay here again.

O hotel possui uma ótima localização, de frente para praia. Ambiente agradável. Alguns pontos de ressalva: a limpeza do quarto e banheiro deixaram a desejar. A pia do banheiro estava com vazamento, foi avisado e nada feito. A agua do chuveiro nao esquentava muito bem. Os funcionários por vezes perdidos e parecem sobrecarregados, nao passam informações exatas e com precisão. O check in atrasou um pouco pois o quarto ainda nao estava pronto

Ótima localização, porém, durante minha estadia no hotel, alguns pontos negativos chamaram bastante a atenção. A limpeza deixou a desejar, especialmente em relação à área debaixo da cama, onde havia muita poeira acumulada e até algumas sujeiras visíveis, o que demonstra falta de cuidado na higienização completa do quarto. Além disso, as cortinas estavam muito sujas. Além disso, tive problema com a TV durante os quatro dias em que estive hospedado. Apesar de ter comunicado a recepção diversas vezes todos os dias, o problema nunca foi resolvido, o que prejudicou bastante o conforto da estadia. Outro ponto que merece destaque é o elevador: sua capacidade é muito pequena, o que gerava longas esperas para poder utilizá-lo, especialmente nos horários de maior movimento. Isso causava certo desconforto e atrasos. No geral, esses aspectos comprometeram a experiência no hotel e acredito que merecem atenção para melhorar o serviço oferecido.

Bom mas precisa melhorar a limpeza

A estadia em si foi bem tranquila, peguei um quarto com banheiro privativo e o hotel era bem localizado perto de copacabana. Café da manhã muito bom, várias opções mas acho que a disposição da mesa de buffet poderia ser melhor, visto que o os pratos estavam no meio da mesa e os copos na outra ponta. Sobre a limpeza dos quartos ficou a desejar porque tinha muitaaaaa sujeira embaixo da cama, o banheiro parecia que não via um cloro a meses pq tinha limo grudado no box. O ar condicionado era bem velho, tava com muito pó e fazia um barulho horrivel — tivemos que deixar desligado a noite. No entanto e apesar de tudo gostei muito da estadia, atendentes muito simpaticos.

Eu e meu namorado passamos uma noite no hotel. Sobre os atendentes, foram muito solicitos e simpáticos conosco. Deixamos a mala antes do check in para passear na cidade e a mala foi entregue quebrada na frente. O hotel é antigo e falta reparos. A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar, o box do banheiro estava sujo os azuleijos e embaixo da cama sujo cheio de pó de tempos atrás. As camas eram camas de solteiro, que juntaram porém tinham alturas diferentes, o que era ruim para o casal. Faltava sabão e shampoo no banho (estavam vazios os potes). Hotel com uma localizacao ótima em copacabana, vista super boa no andar de cima (restaurante), porém com bastante coisas a desejar.

Very nice front desk and that was it. The sheets and pillows were stained, the bathroom smell really bad at all times, the a/c made so much noise that woke us up multiple times. I accidentally left 2 silver bracelets in the bathroom and I came back hours after I checked out and no one found them... Very unfortunate because the location is great and again the front desk staff tried to be as nice as possible.
