"The staff was excellent. The carpets were dirty. There was a pile of old mattresses in the backyard, and it was very dirty looking there was floors were all dirty. The carpets were all dirty."

"I called several times Saturday to cancel my reservation and never got an answer. The phone rang so long that it just finally hung up. I was charged for the room even though I was unable to cancel it."

"I booked this motel a few months ago and the staff was great, my kitchen was stocked with essentials and the room was clean. When I returned for work again I booked the same type of room but I wasn’t put in a room with the kitchen essentials though that is what I paid for. The room was not very clean-there were crumbs on the floor and the shower floor was brown and dirty looking. Not to mention something very dirty on the wall in the bathroom where the light switch is. Unfortunately, I checked in after hours and work during lobby hours so I wasn’t able to take this up with the staff. I emailed various emails and sent a message through Expedia about my room change but I have yet to get a reply. The staff is the only reason to stay here. They are all very friendly. I was very disappointed this time."
