"The apartment is nice, clean, spacious, secure, great location, parking, A/C, smart TV, beach towels/chairs/cooler, board games, 1st Floor in front of the pool, water/electricity without interruptions. Super conditions. We arrived two hrs after check-in; no access code; ppty mgr did not respond. We called the owner, as instructed in the email; he was not happy about it. Then we found another car parked at our assigned spot and call the owner again bc we didn’t expect the ppty mgr to respond....
