"This hotel experience is not reflective of the price and we checked out several days early as had quite simply had enough. It has the potential to be really good but it needs a lot of investment: main issues were: the shower in bathroom not fit for purpose, a cold trickle that did not improve throughout stay, pool looked cold and unclean - no guests used this throughout our time there. "We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa for 2 days and departed on new years day. The property is clean and quiet and the breakfast is good. Communication with Pen is great and both Pen with Mr Nirun were very helpful. Only one thing to consider is if you do not have a car and is travelling to downtown during festive season (NYE for us), you may struggle getting a Grab/Bolt. It shouldnt be a problem during other times. "
