GREAT HOTEL IM STAYING HERE EVERY TIME IM IN GRAND RAPIDS.. ROOMS WAS CLEAN AND NICE. THEY GOT ONE OF THE BEST SHOWER HEADS I EVER SEEN WITH UNLIMITED HOT WATER.OMG WE SLEPT LIKE BABIES. HOTEL WAS SO QUIET AND COMFORTABLE. LOCATED BY EVERY STORE AND RESTAURANT YOU CAN THINK OF. WORTH THE MONEY."

"Staff all very friendly. Breakfast and early snacks good. Everything was very clean. Just that the 2 queen suite lacked some things that for the price would have expected a little more. Small bathroom for a suite, no amenities. No extras , not even a pen/paper, Kleenex or maybe a sink at the coffee bar, small fridge. Maybe kinda picking but for over $700 for three nights. Think because free booze and snacks at night satisfies most people."
