"The stay was short. The hotel was ok"

"Nice room. Great location. The bathroom needs attention. Rust stains behind the door. Vanity was peeling. Mold on the shower fixture. Managers should go into bathrooms, sit on the toilet and see what the guest sees."

"The building was old. Elevators sounded like it would break down. Floor in lobby, hallway on 15th floor and elevator floors were dirty, and had uncleaned stains. Bedroom bedding had yellow stains. Air conditioner barely put out cool air. Very disappointed in this stay. The restaurant upstairs was wonderful! Great service, food hot and fresh!"

"The fresh made omelets were awesome, staff was great at the bar and at check in. However, this property is gross, it smells like mildew in the rooms. The rooms are a great size and comfortable but they need to be redone or cleaned or something to help with the smells. The pool is very small for such a large hotel. The views are great. They didn’t have enough staff in the kitchen for breakfast to keep up with the amount of people eating so there wasn’t much left out when we got down for breakfast around 9:30am. There is only 1 ramp in the lobby to get to the elevators and that was narrow and inconvenient for lugging up your luggage. This hotel has great potential but needs renovations badly. "

"Room didn’t even look like it got cleaned. Smelt like vomit. Nobody working the front desk. Had issues with the room and the phone wasn’t plugged in so we did not have a direct line for help. In the middle of the night dogs were barking random people were jiggling our door handle. Did not feel any kind of safe and was not clean."

"Appreciated the staff, cleanliness, free parking, and the breakfast; but very disappointed that there were no blackout curtains over the window - just blinds which let in more than plenty of light throughout the night. There were no more rooms like ours available. My husband put up the extra blanket over the window stuffing pillows at the top of the window box to hold the blanket up, but too much trouble to do this again. Probably won't. "

"Clean! Great restaurant onsite. Very accommodating staff. Very nice experience."
