"I stayed at this property while visiting my grandchildren. I was amazed at the styling and beauty of this cabin. The comfy chairs and the more comfy bed was excellent I felt like I was in another time. It was so cute! The kitchen was very well equipped. The screened in porch overlooking the stoner river was accommodating and nice to use in the morning with a cup of coffee. Any request I had was addressed immediately and I will stay there again. I hope to visit in the spring to take advantage...

"The check in was chaotic and the check-in person wasn’t friendly or welcoming. She was blunt and to the point. There was no one to greet us or welcome us into the hotel or guide us or ask us if we needed anything. I had to keep asking questions. I had to ask a staff twice if they would bring cups to the room because they didn’t place any in there. There was no microwave in the room. The bathroom door does not have a lock. The a/c made noises all night long and it wasn’t that cool even when I turned the temperature down to 68 degrees. The indoor pool and hot tub needed to be inspected so we couldn’t get in and use that. We did use the ones outside and they were in good condition. I liked the areas for socializing and fire pits. I also liked there were bibles in the drawer because I didn’t bring mine with me. What I would recommend is that the customer service people be more friendly and welcoming. "
