"Clean"

"No elevator. Soon as we got into our room I went to the bathroom saw there was dirty towels even the hand towel had been used. The toilet paper holder was broken off and laying in the shelf and toilet paper on the floor. No travel size shampoo like most hotels do. Next day we went to the pool/hot tub it was barley luke warm the pool was warmer than the hot tub it was putting out cold water. Got back in the room requested clean towels they said they were in the dryer and would be sent up soon. 4 hrs later we got towels but all the hot water was out at the hotel. Like all the rooms not just ours. Also breakfast wasn't how it's pictured and there wasn't much to choose from. The housekeeper was nice though. The guy at the front said we'd be getting money back because of the hot water issue and have yet to still get any type of refund. I definitely do not recommend. "

"What a great find! Updated, large rooms with very comfortable beds. Having the restaurant downstairs was so convenient. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when I am in the Lexington area."
