"We did not realize how dated the Rooms and bathrooms would be. We were told there are new owners and renovations are underway and going slowly. Due to my husband's health they did provide a 1st floor room which had been updated. Much better. We were paying top $ and Kudos to the Front Desk staff who quickly responded. The property and rooms are well maintained and all staff is helpful and friendly. Great Location and views of Marina and boats. Hotel next to Bowen's Wharf which has alot of boutiques and restaurants. Weekends Band plays till 1 a.m. and sound is evident. Know what you prefer before you book."

"Loved this home and its location too! The home is new and well stocked with everything we needed, including great coffee and welcoming wine. All of us agreed we would highly recommend to our friends and families. We enjoyed a charming puzzle and playing Tridominos in the evenings and making great breakfasts and grilling too. Delightful cottage for a relaxing stay close to everything! Thank you so much!"

"Rooms and lobby area and hallway were pretty clean. Decor could use a refresh and landscaping needs improvement. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was ok but could use more cereal choices, and some vegan options (almond or soymilk etc). Use of disposable cups, plates, bowls and utensils makes the hotel seem cheap and wasteful. Is it that difficult to put plates, mugs and utensils in a dishwasher?"
