We stayed here for our 5 year wedding anniversary, and could not regret our hotel choice more.
First, upon check in, there was a clearly new employee behind the counter. Any time she asked her manager for help checking us in, the manager just yelled at her and belittled her right in front of us. We felt really bad for the employee.
Second, we paid for a Jacuzzi Suite. I tried to take a shower when we first checked in, and after 10 minutes of no hot water, my husband went downstairs to ask. They said “if you’re in a suite, the water takes longer to get to you”. We literally had to run the cold water for at least 15 minutes before our room got hot water. Even in the sink. Needless to say, it would have taken actual hours to fill the Jacuzzi. So we weren’t able to use it. After our night out, we returned to the hotel and I had to wash my face with cold water. Why on Earth would anyone pay more money for a “suite” that doesn’t have hot water?
High pitched squeezing noise during the night. We had to run the AC to drown out the noise.
“Deluxe” continental breakfast is cereal, muffins, or bagels.
I wanted to leave in the middle of the night just to get out of there. Extremely disappointed in what we got for the amount of money we paid.
