Checkout by 10:00AM or late check-out fee of $50/per hour is charged. Lost key(s) or devices result in $25 charge per key/device.
A Security Deposit hold is required prior to arrival up to $1000 and automatically released 7 days after checkout unless damages have been reported.

Spectacular, amazing and beautiful. That's what it should be called, "The Spectacular, Amazing & Beautiful house at Lakeview Point! It exceeded our expectations. They really thought of everything! There was something to do for everyone. Great communication with the host. We will definitely be back!
