"First time here since 2019. Club room booked for a one night stay. In-room safe was inoperable but sadly not attended to until day of departure. Was told at check in that Club Lounge not open for evening drinks and canapés, but found out that it actually was open after struggling to get service in the crowded bar. Management were apologetic for the miscommunication that we were given, after we complained, and stepped up admirably to make it up to us. Kudos to them and their team in the Lounge for making us feel cared about after we got there! Will likely return when next in the area, but will ask for confirmation if told of alternate Club experiences in the future."
