10/10 Excellent
"Clean room and bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast items were simple. Area in older part of town."
"Nice view of Matthew Knight Arena from Room 225. East walk to campus, restaurants and stores. The pool was refreshing. The front desk was kind and friendly."
"You’ve had me review this place a million times now. I don’t know what gets said. Their property is old but very well maintained. It’s very clean. Bits are crooked from age but everything you could hope for is perfectly functional. And kept far cleaner than any other motel I’ve been at. And their staff is nicer."
"As you enter the front door, your eyes are immediately drawn to the floor to ceiling windows on the other side of the room - that look out into an amazingly beautiful back yard. This place was perfect for our 3 generations of family (grandma, parents, siblings). Large rooms, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture to lounge on, plenty of linens, good shower water pressure, great kitchen - and Kelly was so kind to provide snacks, coffee, and amenities. Safe neighborhood, plenty of parking, great park behind the house to walk, beautiful deck to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. The photos show accurately of what the place is like. Kelly was always incredibly responsive and wonderful to correspond with. We loved our stay and I highly recommend Kelly's place to anyone looking for a place within the Springfield/Eugene area. We look forward to coming back again sometime. Great house!"
"This house was perfect for us and met all my criteria. It was spotless and could not have been any cleaner! Andre and Christina were very welcoming and personable hosts. Andre went out of his way to make special accommodations for us. He answered my inquiries promptly. The house contained everything you could possibly need. It was quiet and in a great location close to restaurants and close to Eugene. The bed was super comfortable and we slept well. There were plenty of soft and fluffy towels. The living room area had comfortable furniture and there was a large screen tv. The kitchen was well stocked and there was even food in the cupboards you were welcome to use. The fun bonus for us was the big massage chair! "

"I enjoyed staying. It was for a family emergency so it was a last-minute booking. I could hear the person upstairs walking around, but it was not excessive at all. The bed was comfy. The couch in the living room could’ve been a little more comfy, but it worked for what I needed during my visit. I would definitely book it again. It was quaint and simple, but worked exactly for what I needed. The only thing I would change I didn’t get my checkout email until I already left so there were some things on the checkout requirement that I did not complete which I wish I would’ve known. I believe I did get a charge for that but I’m not sure I’d have to look back so if you stay, make sure you pull the sheets off the bed And if there’s dishes, put them in the dishwasher, which I didn’t have any of those lol"
"It was a pleasant stay we had a great time relaxed and enjoyed our time. Host was great no hicuups. Everything went as planned almost nothing to do with the host by any means so all an all its was great stay!"
