Short stay for a Football game at Autzen

It's a nice, clean place to stay in the Eugene Springfield area. It's much bigger and nicer than a hotel room. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great Great Grandma visits

The house is addorable! Very clean and cozy had 3 generations of ladies and a friend ,drove from wisconsin. Could use a patio table or picnic table in the back yard. I understand it looks like the outside may still be a work in progress. Overall would definateley stay again.

House was clean and convenient. Yard was a little rough. Wasn’t a yard to spend outdoor time in. The bathtub/shower could use a bath mat as it is really slippery and no grab bars

Two Nights in Springfield

Nice property and Cory was great with communication. Quiet neighborhood and just a 10 minute drive to U of O campus. Perfect for what I needed.

Qute smaller home in Springfield

We were there for my youngest daughter's 60th birthday. The party was at another location however family that lives there did come over Sunday for Pizza. It was very comfortable for 7 adults and a toddler for dinner. Toys and books for the little one were at the house. My daughter and I stayed there all 3 nights. We didn't have to drive as either my daughter or granddaughter were our drivers. One thing you might want to consider. I'm 82 and railings would be nice on both front and back steps. Other than that there was everything we needed. Thanks.

Cute and comfortable

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks while we explored Oregon. The house is small but nicely renovated and comfortable, and we had everything that we needed in the kitchen and bath. Owner responded quickly to questions. At first, I was a little concerned about the neighborhood which was a mix of renovated homes and shabby houses, but we had no problems and enjoyed our morning dog walks around the area. Even met some of the neighbors who were very nice. The location borders the historic area of Springfield and is close to restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the Public House which offers food and nightly entertainment. The back yard could use some love, since it is the view you see from the kitchen table. I mentioned this to Cory, the owner, during our check-out and he said that he was planning to fix it up. The fence was falling down but luckily our dog didn't try to escape. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Happy to be here for Hayward

We stayed here as a family for a Meet at Hayward Field. It was ideal for us and we were very pleased with Cory’s place. He was also willing to accommodate a late change to our plans which he did not have to do. It is has a well appointed kitchen too.

Family Visit

This was a very clean place to stay and easy to find. My siblings and I were there to visit a brother who lives in Springfield and it was my first time renting a VRBO. My host communicated with me whenever I had a question and was very nice to deal with.

We loved our little home in Springfield! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. The coffee grinder came in handy as well as the Keurig. Beds were good. Nice towels and plenty of kitchen towels and beach towels! Awesome!

Cory's place was perfect for our stay. The house was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. We were wine tasting and the location was a good base. It was also very close to downtown Springfield which had everything you could ask for...tasting rooms, brew pubs, restaurants. Communication with Cory was easy and check in was smooth. If we're back in the area, we will definitely try to book Cory's place again.
