"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The home was quiet, private, and incredibly relaxing—exactly what we were looking for. It was also very well stocked, making it easy to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals during our stay.The location was perfect, just about 15 minutes from Ellijay and 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. There were plenty of charming shops and apple orchards nearby to explore. One of the highlights of our trip was riding the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway and spending time strolling through downtown for shopping and sightseeing. We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was a peceful and cozy retreat, and we would absolutely stay here again!"

"Great stay! Very responsive host. Just as described. Only thing to be aware of this time of year is wasps are looking to find places to build nests and there were a lot on the main level porch. Also, the hot tub area could use a deeper cleaning. These things did not affect our stay. We enjoyed the fire pit area and the well stocked kitchen. "

"The cabin was cozy, comfortable, quiet and relaxing! We had everything we needed for our stay at Lake Hideway. It was perfect for us. We made sure we had all groceries and necessary items before we headed up to the cabin and got there before night fall. Once you do the trip more then twice you get the hang of it. It was conveniently located not to far from downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Please make sure to pull in to the driveway as stated on directions. Its a dead end street so backing up is very tricky. Leaving and going up the hill is way better then trying to reverse. Sheena was very helpful from the beginning. We didnt need to call her for anything but she made sure to let us know if we did anything she was just a phone call away. We will definitely keep Lake Hideway in our future plans. "
