"Awesome home with gorgeous views!!! House was immaculate and seemed to be brand new. Windows were floor to ceiling in almost every room allowing you to see the Blue Ridge mountains and river. Bedrooms were perfect with en suite bathrooms. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Wood burning fireplaces with pre-cut wood was a plus! Also the hot tub was huge and was already hot when we arrived. Kitchen has everything you need and everything was very modern. Highly recommend Grace restaurant in town but make reservations….food was great! Very nice steakhouse! Road up the mountain is a little narrow but well worth it when you reach the house at the top. Highly recommend this home!!!!"

"Castaway Cabin was an amazing location and had everything you could want for a comfortable getaway. We could not have been more thrilled with cabin and all the amenities. To top it off, Rick and Janet are amazing hosts. Such great hospitality during our stay and communication before our arrival was perfect. I highly recommend staying here if you are coming to the Blue Ridge area, especially if you are interested in fishing."

"The view was amazing as was the cabin. I love the fact that we had some cold weather since I lived in Florida and don’t see that very often. It was very peaceful. Especially enjoyed the outside fireplace where the kids made some more and we watched football all bundled up. My only concern was a driveway. It is extremely steep. Wasn’t sure my car would make it, but it did. Was absolutely worth it. "

"The view was magical and steps away from great hiking trails.The cabin is super comfy and the fireplace was amazing! Minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, Ingles, Mercier Orchard, and great restaurants. Scott was extremely responsive to our needs which was very appreciated. The kitchen is very basic so bring your favorite kitchen tools if you plan to stay in to cook and dine. We will be back for a future adventure! "

"We loved this house! We had plans on exploring the surroundings but the weather was cold, rainy and foggy...so we stayed on the property for the whole visit. Relaxation at its finest! First of all the view - wow even in the rain. Plenty of things to do from the fireplace outside, to the game room with a pool table, darts, games and more. The house was well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. The cleaning staff was excellent because there was nothing that wasn't clean when we arrived. Loved the thoughtful and extra things like the great supplies in the kitchen, cute toilet paper roses, super soft beds and pillows, blankets everywhere, you can really tell the owner and staff care. We did have a little issue with the grill but I was able to text with Bryan to resolve the issue really quickly. He was super easy to communicate with and we definitely hope to return to this cabin to create even more memories. "

"Quaint tiny cabin (but plenty of room for the 2 of us) tucked in the mountainside with a beautiful view of the Toccoa river just across the street. I loved waking up early to sit out on the deck and listen to the rushing river water while having my coffee - exactly what I/we needed :)"
