"Victoria is kind and helpful and the property is a beautiful rambling half hostel but with beautifully appointed rooms and upholstered walls and a treasure of things to look at in common areas. Beautiful old buildings and grounds. Our shower ran cold to cool and was confusing to control, but it was hot and we didn’t ask about it so can’t complain too much there. "The beds were divine and the view was lovely. A couple of housekeeping slips were corrected promptly and with kindness. This shows the true standard of service. The evening meal was excellent and the manchego cheese ice cream was sensational. The breakfast was not great and reception staff seemed hassled but everyone did their job well. A tiny bit disappointed but perhaps we had built up our expectations too much. All in all a good experience."

"What an excellent find. The apartment is huge and extremely well equipped. Really exceeded our expectations. I would definitely book it again when in Cuenca. It's also conviniently located at the entrance to the old town. The communication with the owner/ property manager was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended"
