Great property management too and Ella and Lina really looked after us, rectifying a temporary issue with the drain even on a Sunday and getting us 2 more bikes which we really enjoyed using. "The photos of this house accurately showed all its features, there were no surprises. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped (some of the group found the beds too hard, others were happy with their bed). We especially liked the roof terrace and kitchen. Sadly before we arrived we had real problems getting an answer and understanding how we could get into the property at the beginning of our stay- this caused a lot of stress for two friends who were the first to arrive. They were wonderful hosts who remained available throughout our entire visit for questions and recommendations. The home was spectacular with enough room to comfortably fit our family of 9. "Good location. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach and metro. Javi was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The place was clean and the check in/out process was smooth. The only complaint would be this place felt about 90% finished. Would have liked a coffee maker and mugs. Maybe some beach items such as chairs, towels, or beach toys. Night stands next to the beds. Towel hooks for the bathrooms. Other than that it was a perfect spot for our weekend beach vacation. "

"Great location and straight forward to check in. It had everything we needed and a lovely, spacious private patio area which was perfect. Really close to shops, restaurants, the metro, Botanical and Turia gardens all really worth a visit. The safe didn’t work though and the door to the patio garden didn’t lock. It’s quite noisy as people come back from a night out as you can here people very clearly in the corridor from you room but other than that all was good."
