Stylish modern house, beautifully equipped and toasty warm
This is our holiday home by the sea that we love within easy reach of the village and beach. It's a hassle free house that works brilliantly for one or two families for a long weekend or more. It's great for kids and dogs due to the gated car park and the sunny aspect south facing garden. There are sea views from first and second floors and a mountain/lake view from the garden.
Even on those odd damp days it's super warm due to under floor heating and is brilliantly equipped with everything you might need for a stress free break. This house is stylish and contemporary with one main living area on the ground floor and bedrooms and bathrooms on the first and second floors.
Central heating, underfloor heating and free WiFi. Clean and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, gas hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer. Dining table seats 8. Downstairs loo. First floor: one room with bunk beds, one double with king-sized bed and one twin plus family bathroom. Second floor: master bedroom with ensuite and small toddler bed in room off main bedroom. All linen provided including towels.
Enclosed, sunny, private south facing garden to rear with table, chairs and Weber BBQ. Parking for 2 cars.

Excellent property in a great location
This house was perfect for our family group. Very well equipped, comfortable and tastefully furnished… nice quiet location only a few minutes walk to the beach. Would definitely come again.

Fabulous stay
Stayed here for an extended family getaway weekend and had a fabulous stay. Very clean and tastefully furnished with an open plan modern kitchen/living room with smart tv. There are three bedrooms on the first floor as well as the master bedroom on the top floor. There is also an additional small room on the top floor with a toddler bed perfect for a small child. This is located just off (but separate from) the master bedroom.
Lovely private garden and patio with outdoor furniture.
The location is literally a few minutes walk from the beach and also Rhosneigr town centre, but also a great base to access the rest of Anglesey( recommend Newborough beach it is stunning and a great walk.) The Oystercatcher pub restaurant is within walking distance, a great place for a bite to eat or drinks. Perfect!

We have really enjoyed our stay. Great location, 5-10 mins walk to beach. Close to shops in Rhosneigr. Nice garden for our grandchildren and dog to play in safely. Property was clean with lots of space for all the family. Well stocked kitchen. Only issue was the sofas were not particularly comfortable. Otherwise a fab place to stay for all ages. Highly recommended.

Great location and well equipped house
We had a lovely winter week in Rhosneigr. The house has lovely views and a great garden. It is well equipped, lovely and warm and the bedrooms are well proportioned, so plenty of space for the kids on rainy days. We really enjoyed our stay.
