"This hotel has two options - major renovation or rebrand as a 1990s experience. The decor, facilities and menus are seriously dated. However, the service is excellent and very friendly. The bed was exceptionally comfy and it’s in a fab location due to the view and proximity to several bays & beaches. I asked for a quiet room so I didn’t have the best view but still pretty. "Only stayed for 4 nights but was prepared to come home after 2. The ceilings were low, especially upstairs, and was constantly banging my head. (I’m 6’1”) Never stayed anywhere else where there is a toilet in the living room !! Advertised with Wi-Fi but it is very poor. We found out from the visitors book that you need to go across road to the other property, and hopefully if anybody is in they can give you the password. "I enjoyed my stay in Llangefni. The Staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately at present I seem to be the target of a Hate Campaign locally. I am being lied about. There is nothing wrong with me. The cruelty is so bad I was physically sick Monday morning. Being able to stay somewhere to rest great. If I could I would stay again. By now money is an issue. There is a SUBSTANTIAL amount of FINACIAl Abuse. I am being ACTIVELY isolated. I walk straight in on my return to more malice and vindictive LYING. This is OVER FOUR years.The toll on my health. Gastro yg are part of the bullying. 3 Senior staff using it to exploit, abuse and tell lies. The NEGLECT is GROTESQUE it is so sickeningly negligent."
