10/10 Excellent

"We had a lovely big comfortable suite overlooking the cathedral. The hotel is in the centre and very convenient for shopping, dining, sightseeing etc. The reception ladies were friendly and helpful. The underground parking had many free spaces maybe because of its high cost of €32 per day. If you would like to avoid the traffic noise and tramps going past, must close the balcony doors, but it wasn’t an issue for us."

"Close to train station and nice walk to old town. No ice machine or refrigerator. Low level alarm buzzard sound ringing every 10 minutes at night from around 10:30pm onward. Don’t know the reason for it, may be mechanical, a low level sound. Annoying to have to listen to it. Make it hard to fall asleep."

"It's a 20 second lift ride and a 1 minute walk from reception to the terminal and that is worth every penny! On top of that, the rooms are large, well-equipped and modern. My bed was amazing and I'd still be in it now if I didn't have to fly home! My room had a great view of the ATC tower and runway activity, which is great for an AvGeek like me. I didn't eat there but I saw a selection of delicious-looking meals being delivered by the room service robot, Jeeves. The Sky Bar was a perfect place for a cold drink and a smoke in the sun and it killed quite a few hours. It was my first time at a Sheraton and I can't say anything bad about it at all. Top marks!"
