We were tired from trip but they refused to check us in earlier. We fly to Germany twice yearly. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again for that reason. If they changed the policy. I would"

The staff were very professional and friendly and even singing happy birthday to me while bringing out a couple pieces of cake on my special day. The breakfast offering was very tasty and I felt had a good selection of foods from sausage and eggs to salad to deli meats. If I am in Frankfurt again, I will seek out this hotel."
