"Location is excellent for downtown activities, restaurants, etc. No parking onsite, but there are nearby P2 lots/on-street, however, read the costs and times carefully. Breakfast was included with our reservation and it was very good and had many choices. Staff was generally very helpful and nice."

"Perfect location in the heart of down-town Reykjavik. Full, but tiny, kitchen and a great breakfast delivered to your door every day. Even only two blocks from the Airport Flybus pickup for convenience to getting to and from the airport. Staff were very nice and accommodating - free luggage storage if you have to wait for check-in or check out before you're ready for your flight."

"Room was small but functional and clean. Only staff we really saw was the cleaning staff, but knew this going in with self check in. Coffee and specialty teas available in the common area. 4 floors and no elevator, but this is common in Europe. Bag storage on main floor was a life saver, not having to bring our large bags up to the fourth floor. This hotel is in a very good location for the downtown amenities! I recommend for a budget stay in Reykjavik."

"Great, central location that can’t be beat by many others. The staff, along with everyone else we encountered, were very friendly and helpful. Baktus the cat was an extra cute amenity, and we loved trying to find him as he migrated from the hotel to shops around the area throughout the day as a little animal celebrity :) The bed was not very large, but the room was comfortable and clean. That being said, the street could be quite loud, even to 3 in the morning, so light sleepers might need earplugs (we were on the top floor). Would certainly stay again though!"
