"Be very careful when you have your pre authorisation amount over . They over charged me $77 when I arrived and said it was declined when it wasn’t . They also charge me another full night when I was 15 mins late to depart . Very poor hospitality. Now I know why the place was empty. "

"Really hard bed mattress. Not much isolation, you can hear everything. Besides that pretty clean. Breakfast was ok, just carbs missing eggs or ham. "

"The location is just perfect half block from the beach. The staff super nice, the place is clean its a great place to sleep and spend the day at the beach, its not hotel where you hang around since it does not have a gym or pool but I have no complains we enjoyed our stay"

"The property was super nice and the location is amazing. Close to redondo beach pier. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was amazing, they had bacon/sausage, eggs, pancakes, fruits, cereals, and so much more. 24/7 coffee/tea machine. Pool is heated and also indoor, spa was perfect. Everyone was just super friendly and smiling. They also have a snack shop to purchase anytime. We really enjoyed it and definitely coming back. "

"The sheets were dirty, had sand under the covers so lead to believe they were not washed with prior use. Hair that did not belong to me was on the shower floor. The pillows smelled. Hand towels appeared very old and were black, so we could not tell if they were clean to begin with. Shower head was spraying water from the pipe because it did not have a good seal. "
