"I was under the the impression that there would be a shuttle bus to the hotel and back to the hotel. - That was why I selected this hotel. After a long flight and with a lot of luggage, I was very disappointed that you had to walk a long distance to get to the hotel. (At the front desk I inquired about this and they said they only use the shuttle to drop us off to the airport.) It should offered for both ways."
