Unfortunately there were no laundry facilities as mentioned in the description and the restaurant facilities were not available as mentioned either and we only found this out after we booked. "Très bon séjour àLaa Pobla de Segur. Nous avons loué des VTT électriques à "bicis non stop" et avons fait un parcours de 50km près du lac. Un régal. Par contre le festival "gastronomique" et une belle escroquerie. Tout est extrêmement chèr et un groupe de musique ringard vous casse les oreilles avec un son très fort et de mauvaise qualité. Je vous conseille donc l'hôtel mais pas le festival. Allez plutôt au restaurant ce jour là. "

Fabulous hotel
"The Diamo is a beautiful hotel with a fabulous view of the valley. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, comfortable and the bathroom was also very clean. Breakfast was excellent, and offered a good choice of cold ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, croissant, toast, jam & butter etc.and the coffee was excellent. We don’t speak Spanish but the staff spoke English, French and Spanish so we were able to communicate very well. We did not have dinner in the hotel but did dine in the Diamo restaurant (same owners), which was very good and once again, very friendly, helpful staff. We’ll definitely book again."
