El hotel es agradable. El desayuno bufet está muy bien. La habitacion es comoda. La piscina esta calentita y se esta bien. Siempre habia sitio en el aparcamiento del hotel. Tiene zona para jugar los niños, un parquecito, un campo con canasta y porterias,mesa d ping pong y una guarderia con juegos donde se accede a cualquier hora.

Family ski trip

It is a lovely place to go with children and family. And also if you just want to be close to ski. They do fun games everynight. The dining room serves a fantastic buffet breakfast and dinner. Really good. The heated pool is lovely after the snow. Only negative are the beds in our room our mattresses were like my grannies sprining and lumpy. And no duvets although the room was warm enough for the blankets.

Habitacion muy pequeña, ofrecieron una mas grande pero después de haber deshecho la maleta y no cambiamos de habitación, todas las noches se oía perfectamente la tv de la habitación De al lado y todas sus conversaciones, intentamos solucionarlo a través de Recepcion y no hubo solucion, no hay mininevera en la habitación

Todo ok, excepto habitación 1° piso trasera a talud con ruido máquina toda la noche. Se debería conocer de antemano tipo habitación, con o sin vistas, para evitar sorpresas.

Tuvimos un episodio bastante desagradable con una de las personas de recepción. Llegamos por la noche y el parking estaba lleno, no podíamos aparcar pese a que en la reserva venía incluido el aparcamiento. Lejos de ofrecernos soluciones, nos echó continuamente balones fuera y con unas formas que dejaban bastante que desear pese a que la persona que me acompañaba estaba enferma y no podía andar. Al día siguiente el director muy educado nos solucionó el problema en un momento. El resto de personal muy profesional y el hotel, aunque muy completo en servicios, necesitaría una buena reforma (sobretodo las habitaciones). No creo que repitamos.

El mejor en Cerler

Hotel desde el que se puede acceder a la base de la estación de Cerler andando, a través de unas escaleras. Baño reformado. Habitaciones pequeñas. Balcón con vistas a pistas. Necesitaría un cambio de colchas y cortinas y parecería otra cosa. Todos los huéspedes nos quejábamos de calor pero se puede regular el radiador. Aunque van muchas familias con niños, es no es un hotel ruidoso. Disponen de servicio de buffet tanto para el desayuno como para la cena. Es variado y el servicio es lo mejor del hotel. Por ubicación y relación calidad/precio, es la mejor opción para ir a esquiar a Cerler.

Ett helt ok hotel med ett bra läge om man vill åka skidor. Frukosten var bra, middagen var lite sämre men oftast ok. Rummen ok och det fanns en stor barsalong där man kunde umgås.
