Pool villa 4 was nothing like the pictures on the website which was very misleading. Very poorly maintained villa. No minibar or even milk to have with a coffee. Instant coffee sachets were not fit for consumption. No room key or batteries for safe could be provided. Front door had hole at the bottom allowing anything to crawl in which occurred. Food below average and quite often was served lukewarm or cold. Extremely disgusted and disappointed. Checked out early. Certainly not 4 star and would not recommend unless big improvements made.

The staff and location was excellent especially being next door to big market. Our big objection was with the design of the room. It has a totally open wall between the bedroom and bathroom and that’s not always a pleasant circumstance.

"Massive disappointment - overall a tired and well worn hotel with major problems. (1) Most disturbingly, the resort is located downwind from some properties that were burning. On 3 days (the days when it wasn't raining), there was a crazy amount of smoke from 3 different fires, over the whole resort. ..."
