"The check in process was difficult about reading your id at the kiosk but staff was pretty fast to help they charged me 40 dollars after check out. The elevators broke during checkout with an hour long wait maybe more so I packed all my families luggage up six flights of stairs"

"Easy access to everything. The rooms had a little musty smell. The hotel clerk was rude and could barely speak English. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room to reheat your leftovers from the day before. The walls where more than likely no insulated between rooms."
