I will give it a 3 because the rooms are spacious and can accommodate if you have several travelers in your group. The staff such as housekeeping and maintenance were very friendly, especially Carlos. However, they have an issue with black ants and spiders. To the which we found crawling on the living room table as well as in the beds (first day in two beds and second day we had another room and one of those beds as well). We were surprised to get in the bed and found spiders in three of our beds.There was also a leak under the kitchen sink and one of the fans weren’t working (but again maintenance was accommodating). However, the front desk staff seemed okay yet not genuine. When I spoke to the manager, she didn’t really seem concerned as much about our concern with the ants and spiders. She treated it as if it were a normal occurrence for the area and no need to be concerned about the matter. Not necessarily my idea of hospitality.

"Everything is always great at the GSR, EXCEPT check in. Check in is ridiculously slow. I usually arrive after 11:PM. There is always a line with one person working the check in desk. After 15 minutes of waiting they add a second person. Come on GSR add more people at the check in counter."
