The kitchen is fully stocked & we offer complimentary coffee & tea. Midtown is 1 block away with downtown just a 3-minute drive. Peaceful & quiet, plus, Lake Tahoe's skiing is a short 45 minute drive!

While staying with us you'll be in one of the most convenient Reno locations with very close proximity to Midtown and Downtown. From our home you can walk just blocks to numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and other businesses. Despite being so close to an urban area, the home remains very quiet and peaceful, offering a sense of privacy.

Our home is brand new (built in 2024) and is located entirely on the first floor. As you walk in you'll find a roomy living area with a comfortable sofa and Roku TV including complimentary Netflix, HBO Max, and Hulu. We offer two air mattresses for some extra sleeping room. We also offer high speed internet throughout the home at 500 Mbps, perfect for remote work or streaming.

Our dining area is complete with all silverware and crockery, with plenty of room to sit down for dinner. The kitchen is fully stocked with oil, spices, cookware, utensils, and of course complimentary coffee & tea.

Each of our three bedrooms includes its own ensuite bathroom and a remote work friendly desk set up. You'll also find large King beds with immaculately clean linens in each of the bedrooms. Our bathrooms are set up with fresh, clean towels, shampoo/conditioner, & body wash.

You'll have access to the entire three bedroom, ground-floor apartment. There are two reserved spaces for you to park and also tons of free street parking. The apartment is in a complex that sits back from the street, so it has a sense of privacy and seclusion. It's a very short walking distance to Midtown Reno and only a short drive or Uber/taxi ride to downtown. We are also about 45 minutes away from all of the great attractions that Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Mountains have to offer.

We will be available throughout your stay to answer any questions or concerns that you may have, and our property manager is only a short drive away should you need anything at the unit.

MidTown District is Reno's most lively, unique area. You'll be within walking distance to many of the attractions that Reno has to offer, with everything else just a short drive away. Overall, the street where the apartment is located is very quiet and peaceful, with limited foot traffic. It is also relatively safe with a school and parks nearby. The neighborhood is a mix of newer homes and more historic Reno homes.
From our home, you'll be about 10 minutes from University of Reno, less than 5 from downtown/midtown, and only about 45 minutes away from Lake Tahoe and Skiing. We're also a short 8 minute drive away from the airport.

We offer two parking stalls on the property, and there is also street parking available (please be aware of signs for parking restrictions). The area is also very Uber/Lyft friendly, and also close walking distance to many popular shops and restaurants. There are bikes/scooters that can be rented from ride sharing apps as well.

In the winter time, there may be snow and ice conditions. The streets are plowed frequently, but depending on conditions, tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be needed to get to our home. No refunds will be provided due to weather/snow conditions or inadequate preparation for winter driving.

During your stay, we’ll be here to answer any questions or concerns, making sure you have a fantastic experience. If you need anything at the unit, our property manager is only a short drive away and ready to help. Our main goal is to provide you with a 5-star experience, and we can’t wait to welcome you to Reno!
- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Small dogs and cats are allowed. All dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the apartment complex.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am each day.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
- Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
- Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
- Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the unit
- Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.
- Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.

Great location, cozy stay, responsive hosts

We had a great time staying at this property during our trip to Reno. The house was cozy and comfortable, with just the right amount of space for a short stay. It does get a little bright in the mornings, so bring an eye mask if you’re light sensitive, but otherwise the place was quiet and peaceful.The location was excellent, within walking distance to several great spots for food, drinks, and coffee. We loved being able to leave the car in the covered garage and just explore the neighborhood on foot. Parking in the garage made everything easier and felt secure.The hosts, Matt and Ian, were very responsive and helpful. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they got back to us quickly and made sure we were taken care of.Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable home base in Reno.
