Staff were great, positive, helpful at check in. Mirrors had fingerprints all over them, hair on bathroom floor, not all light in the room worked, heater was erratic.

Peppermill Resort Spa Casino
It was fine. The only thing i would suggest is to have lower beds too. Seniors often have problems getting into the higher beds. I have a small step stool so i can get into my bed at home. Much easier . Thx.

Eldorado Reno – A Caesars Rewards Destination
Sheets were scratchy, only had 2 pillows per bed and AC did not work well. Carpet is old, really need to update.

Nugget Casino Resort
Hotel was clean accept some minor dust in the room. Tub had minor drainage issues where water stayed in tub during shower. Overall, beautiful hotel, clean room with professional and friendly staff! Very family and business friendly hotel
