"Let me start off by saying that our bellman Curtis was FANTASTIC. He was very friendly and professional. He provided us with the kind of attention that made my day. He even tried to get us a better room than we had booked but was unsuccessful because the hotel was fully booked. The effort was above and beyond what I have ever experienced. Now the room that we got wasn't bad, it was just in an older part of the hotel. We had a small problem with the electric outlets but the maintenance team showed up quickly and resolved the problem. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return whenever we are staying in the area again."

"The hotel was clean and offered several amenities. The only issue I encountered was the shower pan was a bit dingy. I was do a thorough clean and sanitation when I stay in hotels. Even with me cleaning it was still dingy. I suggest either a restore or a replacement. Other than that it was a great stay."
