Ideal for for a small family ( maximum a couple and a minor).
Located In a very quiet residential neighborhood,but close to beach(1.6Miles) ,outlets(1/3Mile) .Restaurants and super markets within 1 mile, local farmers market (temporary closed)with cookies and ice cream just across from our neighborhood .Hiking/biking trail is a block away.

* Please note, linens (including sheets, bath and beach towels) will not be included. There WILL be pillows and comforters on each bed.

* We provide dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags ,paper towels and toilet paper
You control your own AC, ceiling fans, washer and dryer in unit , full kitchen with microwave ,Keurig, toaster and large refrigerator.

We are owners live on first floor.
The basement is also 1 bedroom suite without kitchen for Summer rental only and both rental units share the same walkway .

Winter birding getaway
My spouse and I booked this property for a winter birding getaway. Property was very clean, accurately described and all appliances were fully functional. Location was residential and ver quiet. It was close to our excursion sites of Indian River Inlet, Gordon's Pond and Cape Henlopen Park. Rates were very economical. A very good property for couples who wish a quieter atmosphere and better value than a Rte. 1 motel

Quiet little place
If you are looking for a place for 1-2 people to stay, this is it. It's quiet but close to anything you would like to do in town. Very clean and nice. I would stay here again.

Loved this apartment so much, wanted to come back
I’m not sure why Vrbo tagged me for a review, as unfortunately we had to cancel our trip due to a family heath emergency. Since we were within the cancellation window, the transaction was completed promptly. However, our stay the previous year was very comfortable, clean, and enjoyable. So much so that we had hoped to return this fall.

Good value for the money
My husband and I were on a birding trip and this place was mostly perfect for us. The host was great about our Wed to Tues stay, even making a last minute adjustment. I know in beach towns Sun to Sat stays are the norm. Location was both quiet for us to sleep and no one else for us to disturb when we left at 6:30am each morning. Having a washer and dryer was a real plus. And insect repellent by the outside door was a knife-saver! Two cautions - lots of steps to the apartment so might not be good for everyone. And bathtub was slippery and there are no handrails. Our only complaint/dislike was the extremely uncomfortable chairs in front of the TV. Really nice smart TV with cable, but sitting there for any length of time was impossible. We were too tired to watch much anyway, but if we were stuck inside on a rainy day... But again, overall a good value for the money and we would recommend and stay again.

Fantastic
Very clean with everything we needed. Coffee and creamer, shampoo and shower wash, even a hair dryer. We were going to a wedding and Quang also lent us an iron and board. We also borrowed bikes for the trail to Lewes. This was a beautiful bike ride. Thank you so much.

Had everything we needed and more
Our first impression when we pulled into the driveway was how beautifully maintained the property was. Parking and entryway was convenient. The living space was neat, clean and immediately comfortable. Every room was large and exceeded our expectations. The appliances were spotless and worked flawlessly. The bed was very comfortable. We would not hesitate to rent this property again and feel fortunate to have found such comfortable accommodations!
