"The location was great and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. I originally booked the basement apartment, however, after booking I was advised it was already booked, and that the upstairs apartment was available. The upstairs apartment was nice with a large kitchen. They do not supply towels or bedsheets, which I do not recall seeing in the listing. There is also a mild aroma but nothing that cannot be covered up by an air freshener. Overall a good stay."

"We arrived after hours at the rental agency, sadly our keys and rental packet were not available. We called and received an immediate response. Our over the garage apartment looked exactly like the pictures, we made the bed and went to grab a late night bite. The location was perfect! We rode our bikes to the beach, the trails and Rehoboth. The access to the garage for bike storage and the washer and dryer was so convenient. We will be back!"

"We had the upstairs apartment in the back of the main house. It was very clean and comfortable.very easy check in and out with the homeowner It has a beautiful courtyard with plenty of outdoor space for a quiet night just sitting around with friends. Very close to the beach and the boardwalk and some really nice restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends or even another long weekend trip."
