"We always love staying at the Anza Hotel. The location is ideal, within a short walk to Hanks’s bagels, Trader Joe’s, Calabasas Commons, and the Saturday market. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice. The regular rooms have some noise issues, since they face the freeway, but it’s not bad. We will come back!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't recommend this home more highly!We rented for our daughter's graduation from Pepperdine University, and the location near campus was perfect for celebrating as a family. The home was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and exactly as described — no surprises, just a gorgeous space to relax and make memories.The amenities were a highlight. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the afternoons… plenty of lounge chairs and the fairy lights were beautiful after sunset. We also cooked a big family meal after graduation and enjoyed it outside on the patio, which was just terrific. The dining room featuring a jumbo TV was a big hit with our adult kids, who gathered there in the evenings to unwind together.Angelique truly went above and beyond — incredibly accommodating, responsive, and so helpful in answering all of my questions leading up to our stay. That kind of communication makes all the difference.If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home near Pepperdine that's perfect for families and special occasions, look no further. We would absolutely return without hesitation!"

"The staff were all very pleasant and polite. Typical mid-range hotel breakfast; everything was fine. There is a supermarket across the street and there are lots of moderately-priced restaurants within walking distance. Steps away, I went to a Mediterranean restaurant (no one could agree which cuisine they meant) that had a comedy improv night. My only comment is that the rooms are not quite as nice as a those in nearby BW attached to a bowling alley. But the rates at this one are a little lower and it is on Ventura Blvd and close to highway exits. Balance your priorities."
