"It was a beautiful townhome on the inside, nicely remodeled! Host was great, left a welcome gift and great communication. The outside area of some of the townhomes around it was a little rough looking but I have to say it was actually very quiet and peaceful so no issues. We would stay again!"

"I had a horrible experience here. The fridge wasn't working and I had to get a new room. It had a funny smell. The management was ok. They did get me a new room when I found out the fridge wasn't working. Then I went to dinner at the restaurant across the street and it was pretty much a bar. It was very loud. The area was average. I somewhat felt safe in the hotel. It seemed dumpy to me. There were no amenities either. I will not stay at this hotel again. "

"The listing felt deceptive. This home, obviously redone fairly recently, was not as described. While the decor was lovely, most redone options were with the poorest quality. I actually could have dealt with most of the house like this, but the beds and towels should be where the money goes, even on a budget (the plastic cover on the bed makes for an uncomfortable and noisy sleep. There are mattress covers that work well and avoid this.). Some parts of the house were clean, some were not. The floor was swept but not mopped, there were food particles in my coffee mug, the coffee maker itself was disgusting and obviously never cleaned, the bed spread looked brand new, though not washed (still had fold marks) and there was a soft spot in the floor by the bathroom that we were unsure if we would fall through. The driveway had lots of glass on it. The listing said 2 cars could fit but that is absolutely not true unless you had two very small cars and didn’t mind falling down a hill. On top of it all, the neighborhood was rough. People loitering outside at night, blaring music. We felt unsafe enough to leave after the first night and did not complete our stay. Unfortunately, location matters and for this reason alone, I would not recommend this stay. As for logistics, we did feel that the company communicated well and were pleasant to deal with. We suggest clearer info on WiFi and the door lock should have come with the initial instructions."

"The host was easy to communicate with and prompt to answer. Quiet neighborhood, good location to downtown and the Swamp Rabbit trail, groceries, and a must try bbq joint, Mike and Jeff’s on Old Buncombe Rd. The house was well stocked and TVs in each bedroom were a plus! The only thing we wish is that the fence extended out to include the side door because you can only access the fenced in yard by going out to the gate. Thanks for the hospitality!"

"This is a very nice house. It is very clean and smells great. There are extra amenities for you too. The beds are super comfy. There is extra light and plugs for you. I love the extra fleece blankets in each room. Plenty of towels. Good yard, wish we had time to enjoy it this time. It is right off a main street so you can get to anywhere easily. It was a very comfortable stay in a nice location. "

"The facility is beautiful, but there is no visibility of staff. We had several mechanical issues with dishwasher, washing machine and the Internet. We were able to resolve the Internet issue. But the dishwasher was never fixed during the four nights we stayed and our clothes. Locked in the washer. We could not get anyone to come and fix so we had to leave our items there. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t heard back from anyone to retrieve my belongings."
