"The hotel is somewhat outdated 70’s - 80’s era could use a makeover. The staff is incredible and definitely the strong point of the hotel. Location is great, Greenville is on the rise very safe and clean lots of great businesses retail and restaurant. I once felt this way about Asheville but it lost its charm well before the big storm, hope Greenville stays the course it’s on."

We spent hours trying to reach her without success, which left us scrambling to find last-minute accommodations.This situation completely disrupted our planned 3-day vacation. Instead of relaxing, we had to book and move between two different hotels, dealing with multiple check-ins and check-outs. Overall, it was a very stressful and disappointing experience."
