The owners and staff are very nice and welcoming. I stay here 2-3 days a week and they already know my requests and have everything ready for me when checking in. For the price it is very much worth the stay!!

It was a good stay for the price and the fact that they're animal friendly but it was not "hotel clean." It's a motel, not a hotel. There was blood on the bathroom wall, the carpet stunk like mildew, and the room needs a paint job.

This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely terrifying. Will never stay here again. Wish we could have cancelled and stayed elsewhere.

Small motel near downtown Greenville. Decent breakfast buffet with lots of options. Lots of parking. Good sports bar across the busy local 4-lane. Would recommend for a night or two but not an extended stay.
