"The service was excellent and the place is perfect for families! We loved it! I only have one recommendation: if you make a same-day reservation, make sure you arrive early because they don't accept reservations on time if they're made through Expedia, and they don't answer the phone. We arrived at 10:50 pm and they assisted us, and the service was excellent, but they need to improve their phone service and the Expedia reservations system in case you don't have the same luck as me, since the hotel wasn't full and they were able to give me what I was looking for."

"Todo estuvo excelente! Marisa fue muy amable desde el inicio y responsiva en todo momento. El apartamento es muy bonito, espacioso, y limpio lo cuál para mi es muy importante. La ubicación es muy buena y segura -hay guardia de seguridad. Para mi sorpresa, de cortesía, habían snacks, dulces, café, juegos, y lo necesario para la playa o piscina, entre otros. Definitivamente que volvería y lo recomiendo."

"I understand super host is the highest compliment to give, but the effort put into special amenities, small tiny gestures and providing everything you would possibly think of needing including the items I didn’t even think of blew me away. "The host and hostess were very helpful and provided us us with household items as we needed them. They always answered all of our questions and guided us as to where to get local cuisine and groceries. The house was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed the location as it’s close to everything. The pool was enjoyable! I appreciated the fact that the entire house was fenced in because I traveled with my small dog. I can’t wait to go back!!"
