"I thought the place was great overall. Breakfast was good, the room was VERY clean, the bed sheets were very clean and white, sheets and pillows soft. There was an "odor" outside in the parking lot but nothing inside, so I don't know what others were talking about. The lady at checkout was extremely pleasant, very personal, and nice; the man at check in was polite and professional.
Only one issue - as we got there after sunset, we missed the turn for the road the hotel is on - there was no visible signage and nothing on the main road. Perhaps this is a zoning issue. But we would definitely stay here again, no question."
"We loved everything about our stay, it was a perfect budget option near a concert venue we frequent. We will definitely be back, my only complaint is a tiny bit of mold in the bathroom but not enough to deter us from coming back. "

"Very nice place- was the perfect place to stay at for our PNC concert. House was clean and in a nice area. We had all the info we needed prior to our arrival. I would recommend! A word of advice though if you stay there for a concert- go early to the show. It was only 1.5 miles or so to the venue but the traffic was terrible and it took almost an hour!"

"In the area to attend a concert at PNC Music Festival. This property is less than 5 miles from the venue. Brandon, our host, was very pleasant and quick to respond to any inquiries. This beautiful second floor condo is in a very nice, well-maintained community. Two nice sized bedrooms, two baths, washer dryer, large island in the kitchen. But the highlight for us was the lovely patio complete with privacy curtains. We spent more time out there than in the living room, although the massive TV was quite the attraction! If you're in the area for a concert or any function at UNC, I would highly recommend this property."
