"Great communication from the owners. Met us at the home to show us the ins & outs. This was probably the cleanest, best equipped VRBO we've ever stayed in. If you're looking for an amazing home to host an event in, look no further. We hosted Thanksgiving for 18 people and had plenty of table space for everyone. As guests arrived, many enjoyed the beautiful views on the deck overlooking Lunch Loops and other landscapes. Others enjoyed playing pool in the back room. The kitchen has everything you'd need to prepare an amazing meal. Modern oven/range was better than I have in my own home. There are crock pots, KitchenAid stand mixer, blender, several coffee pots (depending on how you like your coffee brewed). Lots of pots, pans, platters, silverware, serving utensils, etc.The home is conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown. You can't ask for a better location.I lost my wallet and couldn't locate it before we left. Todd called and Sophorn had found it while cleaning. He met up with my son to make sure I got it back. This was absolutely, hands-down, the best experience I've ever had renting a VRBO. I wish I could give 100 stars, because they earned it. Next time I'm planning a trip to Grand Junction, Todd and Sophorn will be my first call. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us."
