"Spent New Years Eve here with a few other family members. The venue for the NYE Party was an excellent restaurant downstairs from the apartment. It was spacious, clean with comfy king size beds in 2 of the bedrooms and new appliances. I can't say much about bunk beds. We've chosen this location twice now and enjoyed it both times. I would highly recommend! "

"Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen was complete with all necessities, even spices, oil, and all cooking tools. We enjoyed the rain shower head. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the river, a park, a bike trail, and Starbucks. We all used the 2 bikes that the hosts had there for guests. It was also nice to be only 10 minutes from the Colorado National Monument. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. We'll be back!"

"We needed a larger place for a volunteer group and this had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet even though on a busier street. Loved the walkability to downtown area. Easy to check in and loved keypad vs keys . Would stay here again . "
