Excellent boutique hotel in a nice and trendy area of Santiago. This hotel is an Expedia VIP hotel. As an Expedia guest, the hotel gave me a room upgrade and a free bottle of champagne. The customer service has been excellent. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is very boutiquie in a great area. The rooms are big and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast is so good too! It s 5 stars for me!

This is among the best hotels i've stayed at anywhere in the world. We booked the "Fantastic Suite" which was perfect for us as a couple travelling with our 12 YO son as the room divides nicely to give good privacy. The room was large enough to store our luggage including a large bag containing skis, and still feel very comfortable. Bottled water was provided daily. Excellent location to subway, shops, laundry, fast foods.Cerro Santa Lucia is across the road. Walkable to Bellavista, Plaza de Arms, Forestal park, Lastarria street and funicular. Staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. Our Spanish was poor but we had no communication issues at anytime. There was always someone at the front desk who spoke English.
